Gender not specified.
Most probably the same person as Ref 701064.
Browne in P. QI 3 40 edits ⲧⲁⲛ ⲡⲉⲥⲓ ⲙⲓⲗⲛ̄ⲕⲟⲩⲇⲁⲗⲟ, 'his [i.e. Ouggamait's from previous entry, G.O.] representative, Milinkouda'. However, it has been suggested that the Old Nubian word ⲡⲉⲥ- is a generic word for 'sibling' (see NOM 4, no. 5b), hence Milinkouda is rather to be considered Ougga's relative, most probably brother (for the corrected reading of the previous entry, see NOM 4, no. 10a: Ouggamait > Ougga son of Maitta).
