There are strange two letters ⲡⲧ between ⲟ ⲙⲁⲕⲁⲣⲓⲟⲥ and the name. It does not seem likely they belong to the name. They should rather represent Ioannes' title or epithet, perhaps the abbreviation for ⲡ(ⲁ)ⲧ(ⲏⲣ) or some sort of abbreviation for presbyteros.
