Comment
Browne in P. QI 3 37 interprets the phrase ⲁ̇ⲧⲛ̄ⲇⲁⲛⲛ̄ ⳟⲁⲗ designating Mashshouda as 'son of Atindani'. However, according to Łajtar 2009b, p. 102, since ⲁ̇ⲧⲛ̄ⲇⲁⲛ most plausibly renders the well-known toponym Adindan, not a filiation is at stake, but an office, 'ngal of Adindan'.
