The relation between Korreri and the two following words, ⲙⲉⲛⲛ̣ⲉⳟⲁ and ⳟⲟⲩⲣⲓ is unclear – they are grammaticaly and lexically unconnected. Łajtar suggests that Mennonga is a personal name designating either Korreri's second name or the name of Korreri's father/mother. Ngouri, in turn, he interprets as the toponym, perhaps designating present-day Nuri.
