If this is a Nubian name, it perhaps should be analysed as ⲁⲉⲓⲗ-, 'heart' + ⲙⲁ-, 'to rejoice; joy' = 'joy of (my) heart'?
But cf. the Blemmyan name Αεινημ (TM Nam 32391).
It is uncertain whether the whole phrase ⲁⲕⲇⲉⲥⲕⲟⲗⳟⲁ should be understood as one anthroponym Akdeskolnga (thus Łajtar) or as a patronymic, 'son of Akdeskol'. Notably, the meaning of the phrase remains the same in both cases.
