5 lines of inscription incised in plaster in step-like composition: long l. 1, considerably shorter l. 2, placed more or less under the middle part of l. 1, and still shorter ll. 3-4, situated under the middle part of l. 2; ll. 2-5 surrounded by painted frame on all sides except for the top, consisting of double lines on both sides of l. 2 and single line on all remaining sides
